Acceptable use policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
Kubikon’s business location and final launch details are awaiting confirmation. Refund requests follow Creem’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer rights. These pages do not introduce an automatic vault-deletion deadline.
Checkout currently uses Creem TEST mode; live billing is disabled.
Use CloudWarden to manage credentials, secrets and related information you are authorized to handle. This policy applies to the hosted service.
Use we do not allow
- Credential theft, phishing, fraud, malware distribution or access to systems or accounts without authorization.
- Sharing information you have no right to hold or disclose, or using the service in ways that violate applicable law or others’ rights.
- Bypassing authentication, billing, tenant isolation, request limits or other service safeguards.
- Deliberately exhausting resources, flooding email delivery, disrupting other tenants or creating accounts to evade restrictions.
- Using attachments or Send for bulk or general-purpose file hosting and distribution, or treating a managed vault as a general-purpose hosting, proxy or compute service.
Ordinary use and technical limits
The offer is one private instance. Existing technical limits, request protections and infrastructure limits still apply. This draft does not add a member cap, a new storage allowance or a metered usage charge.
Ordinary attachment use and sharing with intended recipients through Send are permitted.
Use automation responsibly and only with authorization. When unusual usage needs attention, we may contact you to understand it and protect service availability.
Reports and service protection
We can investigate account, billing and operational information and specific abuse reports. Client encryption is not a promise that misuse will go unnoticed, and we do not promise routine inspection of encrypted vault contents.
Use that threatens security or availability may lead to restrictions or suspension. A report should identify the affected instance or service URL, relevant dates and a description of the issue without including credentials or signed download links.
Security research
Test only accounts and systems you own or have permission to test. Do not access another customer’s data, interrupt the service or publicly expose credentials. Send suspected vulnerabilities privately through the Contact page.
