Terms of service
Last updated October 18, 2026
Kubikon’s business location and final launch details are awaiting confirmation. Refund requests follow Creem’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer rights. These pages do not introduce an automatic vault-deletion deadline.
Checkout currently uses Creem TEST mode; live billing is disabled.
These terms describe the CloudWarden managed hosting service operated by Kubikon. The open-source core has its own license; these terms do not replace that license.
The service
CloudWarden provides managed hosting for one private Bitwarden-compatible instance per subscription. It is an independently maintained service and is not affiliated with Bitwarden, Inc.
Your CloudWarden account manages hosting and billing. Your vault account, master password and encryption settings are separate. A hosting-account password does not unlock your vault.
Your account and data
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and manage only information you are entitled to use. You retain ownership of your data and permit us to store and process it as needed to provide the service.
Keep a secure independent export of information you need. Do not send your vault master password, encryption keys or recovery codes to support. Hosting support cannot supply your vault master password.
Subscriptions and billing changes
Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly, three-month or annual interval unless cancellation is confirmed. Checkout shows the applicable price, currency and taxes. Creem processes checkout as the merchant of record and provides payment receipts and its payment terms.
Changing billing interval can take effect immediately and may involve proration. The plan page asks you to confirm the change. Wait for confirmation before submitting the same billing request again.
Access, suspension and backups
Hosting may be suspended when a paid period ends or a payment, refund or dispute affects access. Suspension does not immediately delete the instance, but it blocks ordinary vault access. Export what you need before access ends.
Instance backups are optional and disabled by default. If you enable them, the configured schedule and archive retention apply. A backup ZIP contains readable account and security data, including authentication verifiers and configured two-factor credentials, alongside encrypted vault records; it is not an extra end-to-end encrypted wrapper. Protect archive files and download links.
Normal cleanup of deleted vault items, expired Sends and configured backup archives can continue during suspension. This draft does not introduce an automatic post-cancellation instance-deletion deadline.
Availability, changes and your rights
The service depends on infrastructure, payment and email providers and can be interrupted by maintenance or failures. No uptime guarantee or master-password recovery service is included in this draft.
We will publish the applicable launch terms and operator details before accepting live payments. Nothing here excludes consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
